This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all admission consultancy and coaching services provided by NIOS Exxpert - NIOS Admissions In Ahmedabad.
1. Official NIOS Fees
Fees paid directly to NIOS for registration, examinations or other official charges are non-refundable as per NIOS policy.
2. Service / Consultancy Fees
Our consultancy fee covers counselling, documentation support, online registration and ongoing student assistance. Once your NIOS admission has been registered, consultancy fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Before Registration
If you cancel before NIOS registration has been initiated, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of administrative charges. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
4. Coaching Fees
Coaching fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment and before more than 10% of the course has been delivered.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original mode of payment.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to appear for NIOS examinations.
- Submission of incorrect documents or information.
- Change of mind after admission registration is complete.
- Disqualification by NIOS due to eligibility issues.
